If you are a buyer, it could just simply be "Can a property depreciate in value?" or "What is a real estate broker?"
For a seller, maybe wandering "How should I price my home?" or " How do I start with the process of selling my property?" Let us know what those questions are, we can have the answer.

Safe & Security - Definitely important for working parents , single persons, retirees and anyone who wants added security into their private home. And for long travels, lesser to worry from burglars.
Less traffic or no traffic at all! - Less stress, period. More quality time - Either for yourself or with your family. The less time spent in the long commute will give back the time to sing that lullaby or read a story book before your child goes to bed or just catch up with your books or your favourite TV series. Minimal housekeeping and maintenance - Good for the frequent travellers or just anyone who may have not a lot of time. There are property managers who ensures that the buildings and units are properly maintained and a 24/7 support is always available in case of any unit concerns. Good amenities for recreation - Resort type? Hotel type? whichever you may call it. But amenities are freely available for use. A gym, a jogging path, a swimming pool, a kiddie playground, a sky lounge or just like having a beautiful garden to relax. The Prime location - You don't have to spend at least an hour to go meet your friends for dinner in the city or take 2 or more rides just to watch the latest movies in the cinema. It can just be a quick walk at least 2 blocks away or just a simple walk across the street and you have arrived! "It's never too late to invest"...You may hear these words from either your parents, your stock market buddy, a mutual fund agent or maybe someone like me, a real estate agent. But I will change it a bit and tell it it like this -> "Invest now or regret it later." It may take some time for you to decide with the hesitation to commit to say "Yes, I'll take it." , but always think that it is "An Investment that is in your best interest.", now and in the future. Buying the latest style of footwear, the most futuristic gadget you can find, the jacket you saw from the runways of New york, these are not at all investment. I remembered buying a 40k "smart phone" 8 years ago and now it's dusted off in the drawers of my mother's house. I used the phone in less than a year since a smarter phone just got out of the market so of course that time "I had to buy the new gadget". I was fooled by my desire that I can invest my hard earned money to something that was only interesting for the first 7 days it got out of the box. We all go through this... what to purchase on your first pay check (mine was a sport shoe that ripped off after 4 years), getting my own place? Mine was renting for more than 8 years and at the end.. it was just lost opportunity to acquire a property I can call my own. Don't lose that opportunity, make it happen! |
